Paris Fashion shows gave us a feeling of sweetness. Subtlety and refinement were the watchwords. We discovered women with a huge sex-appeal and an ultra feminine walk. Designers played with the light and transparency. We loved Jean-Paul Gaultier boyish style and all the beautiful blummers, the retro atmosphere at Lanvin, the amazing geometrical shapes at Balenciaga, the merry go round at Vuitton and the white aquatic set at Chanel. Alexander McQueen was also inspired by the sea with Sarah Burton's goddesses and Riccardo Tisci showed us an obsession with tailoring (which, by the way, we felt in love with). If we had to give an award for the best shows, Chalayan and Louis Vuitton would be the winners, with a special price for Chalayan's soundtrack!
